Visa4Thai is an independent, online visa assistance service. We help you prepare, check and organise your France (Schengen) visa application and hand over a print-ready file for your appointment.

We are not a law firm, not a travel agency, and we are not affiliated with the French Embassy, TLScontact or any government body. As with any Schengen application, you submit your file in person at the visa centre - no one can attend or submit on your behalf.

The content of this website - guides, FAQs, processing times - is general information to help you understand the France visa process. It is not professional or legal advice, and browsing the website does not create a service relationship. A project with us starts only when you order it and we confirm it.

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents, hold a valid passport, and attend your appointment on time, following the visa centre's rules.

Applications based on false or misleading documents are your responsibility alone, and can lead to a refusal and a ban from future applications.

The Standard Package (4,990 THB) and the All-in-One Package (11,990 THB) are described on our packages pages. Prices are per person. Optional extras are charged separately.

Payment is made by bank transfer, and your project starts as soon as the first transfer is received. We do not accept cash payments.

Two options: pay the full amount in advance, or pay 50% to open your file and the remaining 50% when we deliver your print-ready documents.

Paying any amount, including the opening deposit, confirms your acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The final decision on every visa application rests with the French Embassy alone, and no one can guarantee an outcome.

Our fees are not refundable, including in case of refusal: our work - consultation, preparation, verification and handover of your file - is completed before your submission.

No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable.

Indicative processing times (3-12 working days for short-stay visas) depend on the Embassy and the season. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Our service is assistance with preparation; we do not guarantee the issuance of a visa. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us.

We are not liable for decisions, delays or requests of the Embassy or the visa centre, nor for the consequences of the information and documents you provide.

All documents you send us are treated as strictly confidential - whether or not you become a customer - as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website - text, design, logo and graphics - is the property of Visa4Thai. You may view pages and print or download copies for personal use. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to every new project.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
